Ladies Keep Fit Class
The class takes place on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm.

It is held in the Youth Hall at the Church and is a class to suit all abilities and ages.
​
The cost per session is £5.00
​
An exercise mat would be useful to bring to the class.
